Simply make energy balls yourself

INGREDIENTS FOR APPROX. 10 LITTLE ENERGY BALLS

150g figs or dates
70g walnuts or hazelnuts
Bee pollen

We prefer small, sweet energy balls – they are great to nibble on !

We were able to form 10 small energy balls from the given amount. In the refrigerator in one Beeswax wraps they last for several weeks and so you always have something to snack on.

Simply mix all the ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender until they are well mixed and a sticky mass has formed. Then you form small balls out of the mass and then roll them in cocoa, desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, pollen or whatever you like. You should then chill them for at least 30 minutes.

Depending on your taste preferences, any other type of dried fruit or nut is of course also suitable for the recipe.

We rolled our energy balls in organic bee pollen. They are rich in natural vitamins, proteins and amino acids and have important antioxidants. The pollen strengthen our immune system and have a positive effect on our health!
