The mushroom knife from the manufacturer “Windmühlenmesser” is ideal for collecting chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, meadow mushrooms, boletus and much more! The 46mm long blade is curved to facilitate cutting so that delicate mushrooms can be harvested gently. At the same time, the natural bristles at the end of the handle can be used to brush off soil debris, leaves or needles from the mushroom. Of course, the mushroom knife is also used to prepare mushrooms in the kitchen.
