The Opinel mushroom knife with brush is ideal for collecting chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, meadow mushrooms, boletus and much more! The 8 cm blade is curved to make cutting easier. The serrated back of the knife allows the mushroom to be scraped and cleaned. The natural bristles are at the end of the handle – so you can easily remove sand and soil with the mushroom knife with brush from Opinel!
In addition, this mushroom knife with brush has a super practical safety lock! The security ring “Virobloc” was invented in 1955 by Marcel Opinel. The Virobloc is cut from stainless steel and consists of two parts: a fixed part and a sliding part. In addition to locking the blade open for safe use, it is also possible to lock the blade closed for safe transport!
The mushroom knife handle is made of beech wood. Beech wood is hard, durable and easy to work with. The mushroom knife with breasts can be easily cleaned with our solid, natural household soap!
