The Oxymel “Rest” from Kruut consists of 100% fresh, local wild herbs (balm, oat herb, valerian root and spruce shoots) in certified organic quality! It is ideal for your evening ritual – a treat before going to bed or for a meditative break or time out in between.
Oxymel Usage : Mix a tablespoon with water, stir and enjoy the rest! 150ml Oxymel contains 15 servings and lasts for 2 weeks. Of course, the Oxymel also tastes great in another drink of your choice. Please do not heat above 45 degrees, otherwise you will destroy valuable ingredients!

Apple cider vinegar is a millennia-old, fermented home remedy, which is used in this Oxymel in its most natural, unpasteurized form. The acacia honey comes from natural beekeeping in Brandenburg and has very valuable ingredients and preserves the wild herbs in a natural way. Lemon balm was grown by decree in every monastery garden in the Middle Ages and smells and tastes wonderfully of lemon. The oat herb is the medicinal plant of the year 2017. The freshly dug up roots of the valerian root have a calming effect and the young ends of the spruce branches have a cleansing effect.

The sugar content is purely natural due to the high-quality honey. 1 tablespoon with a glass of water contains only 4.6g per serving – much less than, for example, a glass of apple spritzer.
