Incense cones made from black pine shear pitch. Black pine (pinus nigra) is one of the most important incense resins in Europe, which is obtained from a traditional pitch factory. Age and soil result in a variety of scent nuances.
Pure charcoal from a traditional Austrian charcoal burner “Waldweihrauch vom Bregahof” is used for these incense cones. The binding agent is “Makko” (tree bark) from the Asian incense tradition. That’s all – they contain no synthetic fragrances or additives. The scent: woody, soft, fresh in the nose and develops into resinous-balsamic warmth. Relaxed in gentle security.

The incense cones are approximately 4cm tall and 1cm wide at the base. The burning time is about 20 minutes.
Application: Place incense cones on a fireproof surface and light at the top. Blow out the flame and let it die down. Smoldering from the cone is one of the gentlest ways to smoke. The scent arises in the zone directly below the embers. Please do not inhale directly over the cone, that is too intense. If you are sensitive to smoke, let the incense cone die down and then ventilate the room. The scent will linger a little longer.
