Organic herbal tea from Conflictfood from the Ukraine – from wild collections around the organic manufacturer Molfar, in the nature reserve of the Ukrainian Carpathians. The leaves of the plant are picked by the village community in summer, fermented in the factory and then dried. This is how the willowherb becomes an Ivan Chai.
The organic herbal tea has an aromatic and mildly tart note and is reminiscent of black tea and its scent of warm honey. Ivan Chai is caffeine-free, has a calming effect and ensures balance and well-being – making it the ideal drink for a relaxing evening!
Conflictfood is the first company to bring this organic herbal tea from Ukraine to the EU. This promotes economic independence and creates the basis for independence and securing their existence. Direct trade with the people of the region not only strengthens the local economy, but also their identity – an invaluable asset, especially in times of crisis!
Application: 2 teaspoons per cup of water at 90°C, let steep for 5-10 minutes. The herbal tea can be infused up to 5 times. A spoonful of organic honey emphasizes its naturally sweet aroma.
